Today, we’re launching Team Plan, a new way to build together inside Atoms.
Now, you can invite your teammates to your workspace, share credits, and build projects together seamlessly.
Atoms allows you to collaborate with your team in real time. By upgrading to the Team Plan, you can bring your designers, developers, and product managers into a single unified space to build together faster.
What is a Workspace?
A workspace is your team's shared environment for organizing projects and managing billing in one place. Every user gets a default workspace upon sign-up. By subscribing to the Team Plan, you unlock the ability to invite up to 5 team members to collaborate.
You can easily switch between different workspaces by clicking your workspace avatar and name in the top left corner of the sidebar.
How to Invite Teammates
You can add and manage collaborators from the People tab. Simply go to Settings > People.
- Go to the Invite workspace members section.
- Enter the email addresses of the teammates you wish to invite. You can paste multiple emails at once.
- Click Invite.
Invited members will receive an email with a link to join. In your People list, their status will show as Invite sent until they accept, after which it will update to Active.
Note: All members in a workspace share the credits from the workspace's centralized billing plan. You can track how many credits each member has consumed under the Total Usage column in the People list.
Workspace Roles & Permissions
To keep collaboration simple, Atoms Team currently supports two workspace roles: Owner and Editor.
| Permission | Editor | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Send messages to Agent in Chat | Yes | Yes |
| Edit code files | Yes | Yes |
| Use Visual Editor | Yes | Yes |
| Edit workspace name, avatar, and description | No | Yes |
| Invite new members | No | Yes |
| Remove members | No | Yes |
| Change member roles | No | Yes |
| Manage plans and centralized billing | No | Yes |
| Manage integrations (for example, Stripe) | No | Yes |
This structure keeps everyday building accessible to collaborators, while reserving workspace administration, billing, and integrations for the Owner.
Build together without stepping on each other
Atoms Team is designed for synchronous collaboration.
All users in a workspace can enter the same Chat page at the same time and interact with the Agent together. Team members can also see historical messages sent by others, with names and avatars attached so it’s clear who said what.
That shared visibility matters. It means your designer can understand the product decisions made in chat, your developer can see what the founder already asked the Agent to change, and your whole team can work from the same source of truth.
Who Atoms Team is for
Atoms Team is built for teams that need to move fast without adding process overhead.
It’s especially useful for:
Startup co-founders
When two or three people are splitting product, growth, and operations work, a shared workspace keeps everyone aligned and moving in parallel, especially when launching a startup’s first landing page.
Freelancers and agencies
Collaborate with clients inside one environment instead of relaying feedback across email threads and separate accounts. This is especially useful for teams building a client-winning freelancer portfolio or operating an AI agency website builder workflow.
Small businesses
Give your founder, developer, and designer access to the same workspace so they can contribute directly without friction, especially if you already evaluate website builders for small business or want an AI local business website builder.
FAQ
How are credits billed?
We use centralized billing. All members invited to your workspace utilize the shared credit pool of your Team Plan.
Can I downgrade my Team Plan?
Yes, but only Workspace Owners can downgrade plans. Before downgrading to a Free, Pro, or Max plan, which only support 1 seat, you must first remove excess members from the People tab until only 1 active member remains.
How many members can a workspace have?
The Team Plan supports up to 5 members, including the Owner. Contact support if you need more seats.
Can I belong to multiple workspaces?
Yes. You can join as many workspaces as you're invited to. Switch between them using the sidebar.
Who pays for the workspace?
The workspace Owner's plan determines the credit pool. All members share the same credits. Members use credits from the workspace they're currently in, not their personal workspace.
Start building as a team
Atoms has always been about moving from idea to working product faster. With Atoms Team, that speed is no longer limited to solo builders.
Now your whole team can build in the same workspace, share the same context, and ship together.
Upgrade to the Team Plan to invite teammates, collaborate in real time, and build faster inside Atoms. It is a cleaner way to ship your next product launch page without splitting the work across separate accounts.
